As a Senior Project Associate, Everly manages consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring high quality and timeliness by facilitating internal and external communications. When diving into deliverables and analyzing trends, Everly utilizes her experience working in associations to understand the pressures and challenges her clients face. Since joining McKinley in 2016, Everly has worked on a wide range of association initiatives, with a focus on membership development and engagement strategies, dues restructuring, product assessments and communications and marketing.
Working closely with Shelley Sanner, Senior Vice President of Consulting, and Suzanna Kelley, Vice President of Consulting, Everly’s portfolio involves membership development and product assessment projects for large scientific and technical organizations, higher education associations and prominent medical societies and associations. She has experience supporting membership models and dues restructuring projects with large domestic and international associations in education and healthcare. Furthermore, Everly has also supported communications and branding efforts for international and domestic associations.
Before her time at McKinley, she managed a diverse portfolio within the consulting and practice improvement department at the National Council for Behavioral Health, specifically focusing on leadership development and implementing new financial strategies and best practices. Everly graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Furman University in 2014. She is currently working on her master’s degree in health care management from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School.
Everly is a Texan for life (Hook ‘em, Horns!), born and raised in Austin, Texas. When she is not at work or studying for class, she makes it a priority to spend time with her friends and family, and enjoys being outside and listening to live music. Everly is always on the hunt for the best guacamole and taco in town. She’s still searching for new DC extracurriculars to join – perhaps a bowling league, once she is finished with her master’s.
