Caroline Baugher

As a practice director on McKinley’s Business Transformation team, Caroline Baugher leverages her fifteen years of experience working in associations to provide clients with critical knowledge and feasible solutions for their unique challenges. During her time at McKinley, Caroline has gained extensive background in market research and is experienced in developing creative, customized solutions for challenges related to membership development, strategy, membership modeling marketing and communications, dues restructuring, and product development. She has presented at association conferences, including the ASAE Marketing Membership and Communications Conference.

Caroline’s passion for serving non-profits began in post-Katrina New Orleans. After graduating from Tulane University with degrees in communications and international development, Caroline got her start in membership management at a young professional organization. Prior to joining the McKinley team in 2012, Caroline spent two and a half years at a global, professional association where she oversaw all membership operations and the migration to a new association management system. Having previously worked in a number of associations, Caroline is committed to engaging and facilitating collaboration with her clients to ensure results are feasible and impactful.

When she is not at work, you can find Caroline exploring new neighborhoods and restaurants in DC or heading down to New Orleans for an impromptu visit. She has also been spotted hiking in Rock Creek Park with her eager canine sidekick, named Bear.
