Ellie joined McKinley Advisors in April 2012 after five years of developing a strong research background by working in both applied and academic settings. At McKinley, Ellie provides support for the development, implementation, management and analysis of all research projects. Prior to joining the McKinley team, she participated in numerous research projects including an executive search, health-related and government funded studies including a nationwide longitudinal study funded by the National Institutes of Health. In addition to research, she also has prior experience with association clients while working in a consulting firm specializing in organizational development within the nonprofit sector.

Fascinated by the study of psychology in the workplace, she graduated from the George Washington University with a BA in psychology and the University of Hartford with an MS in organizational psychology. When not reading the latest in research trends, Ellie enjoys travelling, watching live sports, discovering the newest restaurants in DC and playing tourist whenever she has the excuse. Hailing from Connecticut, Ellie loves anything from New England.
