In 1995, Tracy met Jodie at the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors, when Jodie was pitching her new business. Ten years later, Tracy started working for McKinley leveraging her 14 years of association and project management experience for our clients. Tracy is fascinated by how individuals fit into the overall picture of their organization and loves to hear them talk about what they do. Her passion is to make recommendations that have a positive impact in helping a client achieve their goals.

Tracy’s multitasking expertise also helps her juggle life at home and has helped shape her into the level-headed consultant who manages so many of our clients, their research, and projects. In addition to client work, Tracy is the Practice Director for all of McKinley’s outsourced engagements. She is responsible for the project oversight and client relationships for these engagements in addition to managing five McKinley staff.

She and her husband live in Potomac, MD, with their five children. In her free time you’ll find her practicing yoga and running to stay calm. Although, Tracy grew up near Chicago and Philly her roots are planted in Maine where she spent her summers growing up and received a BA in English from Bates College.
