Alanna Tievsky McKee, MSW
As a senior consultant, Alanna Tievsky McKee leads client engagements designed to transform business strategies to meet the ever-changing needs of clients’ fields and industries. Alanna brings a creative and thoughtful approach to each of her clients, combining skills acquired through her training and experience as a clinician, consultant and coach. Alanna has a keen interest in systems-level efficiencies and change management, which fuels her ability to develop innovative solutions with practical applications.
After spending several years working with children and adults with behavioral health disorders, Alanna joined the National Council for Behavioral Health, a non-profit healthcare association. In her role, Alanna managed a diverse portfolio of practice improvement projects and consulting product lines focused on implementing operational, clinical, and leadership best practices in member organizations. In 2015, Alanna joined a small consulting firm where she served as an implementation expert and project director for a variety of specialty contracts and grants. Alanna holds a B.A. in Developmental Neuropsychology from the University of Rochester and a MSW from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Non-profit Management.
A third-generation Washingtonian, Alanna bleeds burgundy and gold. Alanna lives for her family, friends and food. When she’s not at work, you may find her hiking with her dog and husband in Rock Creek Park, playing Frisbee with friends down by the monuments, or hand rolling pasta in her kitchen.
