Coleen Collins, SPHR
Coleen Collins has over 25 years of human resources and operations experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Her career includes nine years at the American Council on Education as the Senior Human Resources Executive responsible for all strategic and operational initiatives. In her current role, Coleen consults and works with McKinley staff and clients in the areas of talent acquisition and development, performance management and rewards, leadership development and overall organizational assessments. In her professional work, Coleen always focuses on the organizational outcomes first and then builds plans and goals to create environments where staff can do their best work and maximize their talents.
When not consulting, Coleen lives at the beach and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also works with local grassroots organizations to ensure that our disadvantaged youth and families have the resources they need to survive and thrive. Coleen holds a BS in business administration from the Pennsylvania State University, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certified instructor.
