DayQuan P. Garrett, M.A.
Associate Research Manager

As an associate research manager, DayQuan supports his team and clients with initiatives including market research, business intelligence and industry studies. Applying a strong analytical sense, he works on projects related to member needs, strategic planning, pricing, membership modeling and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. His work informs actionable, data-driven recommendations for his association clients.
Prior to joining McKinley, DayQuan served as an adjunct professor of community psychology at the University of New Haven. While in New Haven, he also worked with several non-profit organizations, including Students for Educational Justice and the Tow Youth Justice Institute, as a researcher and program evaluator on justice-related issues. He received his M.A. in community psychology and program development from the University of New Haven, and his B.A. in psychology from Winston-Salem State University.
