Jake Stolmeier, M.S.
As associate director of research in the Chicago office, Jake leads the design and implementation of research projects, overseeing data collection strategies, questionnaire design, analysis and reporting. His years of experience in these areas has made him an expert at translating analysis into areas of improvements and helping organizations relate to their members.
Previously working as a senior manager of research and strategy at Minding Your Business, Jake designed, analyzed and delivered survey research for dozens of associations. He came to McKinley with an extensive background in research, focusing on quantitative analysis, as well as a focus on social perception and personality research. His strong analytical skills and experience utilizing survey methods to illustrate social behavior makes him receptive to member needs and ultimately helps us tell our clients’ stories.
Jake has a master’s degree in research and experimental psychology from Western Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice from Loyola University of Chicago. When he isn’t checking out new restaurants and cheering on the Ramblers and the Hawkeyes, you can find him playing soccer with friends, taking walks with his dog, Digby, and performing stand-up in Chicago’s famous comedy scene.
