As a project associate, Jamie supports the project team on all matters of project management, logistics and communication. He also serves as the primary point of contact for clients and ensures project milestones are reached on time and in a manner that satisfies the client.
Jamie graduated from American University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in political science, an accounting minor and an undergraduate certificate in advanced leadership studies. Currently, he is a master of public administration student at American University, specializing in management consulting and human capital management. During his time as an undergraduate student, he worked in both the District of Columbia and federal governments supporting projects of differing sizes ranging from small team projects to large multi-agency programs. Throughout all projects, Jamie focused on facilitating the work of others and increasing organizational efficiency. He brings that same focused approach to McKinley, making sure that projects are managed in a way that requires minimal effort from the client and maximum satisfaction for the client.
Jamie was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and grew up in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Once an avid soccer player, and now a successful soccer referee, Jamie feels at home out on the soccer field. Yet, if there’s not a game to referee, he is just as happy to watch the English Premier League while lounging on his couch. After almost five years in Washington, DC, Jamie calls the city “home” and enjoys taking advantage of the many different things the city has to offer!
