As a Research Associate, Jessica assists with survey development and data analysis. Her attention to detail and commitment to evidence-based decision making allow her to develop deliverables that convey key findings and actionable recommendations for associations.
Prior to joining McKinley, Jessica worked and interned at a variety of organizations with focuses on political research, international law and development and nonprofit management. Her responsibilities in these roles included analyzing the results of randomized controlled field experiments to measure the impact of campaigns, assisting with the implementation of development projects abroad and helping to coordinate a nonprofit fellowship program.
Jessica graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and politics and Spanish and a minor in international development and conflict management. She can be found exploring the great outdoors, taking advantage of the many restaurants DC has to offer or enjoying some Orioles magic at Camden Yards.
