As a consultant, Kelseagh delivers project management, leadership and execution support to ensure that all clients enjoy a seamless experience when working with McKinley. Since joining the team in 2017, her work has included a breadth of project types, including organizational and committee strategic planning, governance assessments, member and market research and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, among others. Kelseagh works collaboratively with clients in a range of fields and industries, always applying her curiosity and creativity to provide customized solutions that enable associations to better serve their constituents.
Prior to joining McKinley, Kelseagh worked on the branch relations team at the American Association of University Women, where she supported the recruitment, retention and engagement efforts of the membership department. It was here that Kelseagh developed her interest in the distinct needs of associations. Her experience gave her a better understanding of the diverse pressures that associations face in their specific markets, informing her ability to work through these challenges with the individualized mission of each client in mind.
Kelseagh earned an interdisciplinary degree in communications, legal Institutions, economics & government from American University, where she graduated cum laude. A lover of all things outdoors and a former athlete on the AU women’s cross country/track & field team, Kelseagh is in constant pursuit of the perfect running trail — preferably one that allows her favorite running partner, her dog Anxo.
