As a senior project associate on the consulting team, Kelseagh drives project management and execution to ensure that all clients enjoy a seamless experience when working with McKinley. Since joining the team in 2017, Kelseagh has gained experience working collaboratively with clients in a range of fields and industries, always applying her curiosity and creativity to provide customized solutions that enable associations to better serve their constituents.
Prior to joining McKinley, Kelseagh worked on the branch relations team at the American Association of University Women, where she supported the recruitment, retention and engagement efforts of the membership department. It was here that Kelseagh developed her interest in the distinct needs of associations. Kelseagh’s experience with an association gave her a better understanding of the diverse pressures that clients face in their specific markets, informing her ability to work through these challenges with the individualized mission of the association in mind.
Originally from the birthplace of the American Revolution, Concord, MA, Kelseagh is a lover of U.S. history. She earned an interdisciplinary degree in communications, legal Institutions, economics & government from American University, where she graduated cum laude in 2016. Kelseagh enjoys all things outdoors and as a former athlete on the AU women’s cross country/track & field team, she enjoys the occasional DC road race and is frequently found exploring the many paths of Rock Creek Park.
