As director of analytics, McLean oversees the implementation of McKinley’s analytics service lines. Through a strong association manager lens, she focuses on data mining, business analytics, financial forecasting and pricing. Her background in trade association membership enables her to filter complex data sets and effectively translate them into relevant insights, conclusions and actionable results for McKinley’s clientele.
McLean has supported a diverse variety of clients, spanning across healthcare, scientific and technical association industries. Prior to joining the team, she gained experience in accounting and digital marketing and spent several years at a global trade association performing research, data analysis and financial modeling.
McLean holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington and Lee University. Originally from North Carolina, she remains an avid Tarheel basketball fan. Outside of the office, you can find McLean spending time with her husband and daughter, ideally on a beach somewhere.
