McLean is responsible for contributing to the formulation of strategic solutions for clients’ member, financial and data models. As a senior analyst and consultant, McLean is responsible for leading and managing complex data and analysis projects. She has extensive experience in dues model restructuring and optimization and her experience in data analysis, with a focus on data stored in client AMS systems, has made her invaluable to McKinley’s clientele. At McKinley, she has worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging from healthcare associations to technical and scientific associations. Her prior experience working in the membership department of a trade association allows her to filter complex data sets through an association manager lens to translate them into relevant insights and conclusions and actionable results for McKinley’s clientele.
Prior to joining McKinley, McLean gained experience in accounting and digital marketing and spent several years at a global trade association performing research, data analysis and financial modeling. McLean holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington and Lee University.
McLean is originally from North Carolina and has lived in DC since graduating from Washington and Lee University. When not at work, you can find McLean trying out new DC restaurants and enjoying all that the city has to offer. She also enjoys traveling and is an avid Tarheel basketball fan.
