As a leader in marketing and communications for associations, Meena consistently helps her clients reach their goals with evidence-based, forward-thinking solutions.
As a director of consulting, Meena supports her clients in achieving excellence through innovative marketing and communications initiatives. Dedicated to creating data-driven plans that get results, Meena is a marketing and communications strategist who has served on association executive teams for over 15 years. She has spearheaded projects including strategic planning and partnerships, marketing, brand development, media and communications, public education campaigns, conference planning and marketing, and member engagement.
A change agent and advocate of data-informed decision making, Meena convened Associations Catalyzing Entrepreneurship, a cross-functional group of association executives dedicated to thinking outside the box. The group collaborated to develop a creative and nimble bottom-line-focused approach to association success.
Prior to joining McKinley, she worked at a healthcare market intelligence and management consulting firm, where she was instrumental in designing an innovative membership model, discovering new business opportunities for clients, pivoting from in-person to virtual executive education events and sponsorships, and developing and implementing a metrics-driven content marketing strategy.
Meena has an M.A. in Public Communications from American University and an executive education certificate in Strategic Frameworks for Nonprofit Organizations from Harvard University.
Outside the office, she loves to read, hike, spend time with family and friends, and discover coffee shops and cupcakeries on her travels.
