As a business development associate, Will Davis supports the growth of McKinley’s business by developing proposals for current and prospective clients. His experience with nonprofit organizations gives him a greater understanding of the needs and missions of each client and makes him an asset to the team.
Prior to joining McKinley, Will interned with the Armed Services Arts Partnership (ASAP). He worked closely with ASAP’s leadership to boost fundraising efforts and overall program development, as well as assisted in consolidating standard operating procedures to meet member needs.
Will also spent two years volunteering for Camp Kesem, a nationwide nonprofit that strives to support children through and beyond their parent’s cancer diagnosis. He credits his attention to detail and time management skills to the camp’s structure and its many innovative programs.
Will holds a B.A. in public policy from The College of William & Mary. A Boston native, he is an avid fan of all Boston sports teams and has watched his hometown bring home 11 championships (so far). Will is also a big fan of ramen, soccer, podcasts and biking and enjoys discovering new music and exploring new cities.
