Steve Donegan, MRED

As a business development manager at McKinley Advisors, Steve supports the growth of McKinley’s business by developing proposals for current and prospective clients, tracking sales pipeline activity, providing key sales information and prospect research.

Steve has over 15 years of real estate brokerage experience where he has supported the operation and growth of over 30 real estate offices with more than 2000 agents in the Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia area. During that time Steve has helped train managers in recruiting qualified agents, market their offices through social media campaigns and leverage their relationships with third party vendors.

Steve earned his bachelor's of science degree in business administration from University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, MD, and a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) from University of Maryland College Park in College Park, MD. Steve is a huge Marvel Comics fan and enjoys cruising and watching movies.
