Jay’s reputation often precedes him. It has to do with his uncanny ability to advance Board and staff relationships, his constant state of calm, his skill in crunching numbers on the most complex spreadsheets, and the rumor that he can keep up with the best of them at late night ASAE events.

Jesus

With fluency in all things technology related, Jesus has been vital in moving McKinley forward since joining us in 2010. He also offers client support in the development of marketing strategies and execution of marketing campaigns.

Liz

Originally from Boston, Liz is always ready for a new challenge — like navigating DC’s public transportation system or taking on a new client’s membership or marketing challenge. Liz's enthusiasm and drive to find innovative solutions for McKinley's clients amazes us on a daily basis.

Mike

Mike is an independent thinker who likes to size up his challenges and solve them creatively, and he applies these skills to every client assignment. Mike has led a number of successful projects in the areas of member needs, dues restructuring, pricing, branding, marketing planning and execution.

Shelley

When we finally convince Shelley to come back inside from her second home – the outdoors – she turns to her second passion — associations. She is committed to delivering products and solutions that are authentic and relevant and not just deliverables to be archived on a bookshelf.

Tracy

Tracy is fascinated by the variances in associations and industries, and is dedicated to building long-term relationships with our clients. Tracy’s multi-tasking expertise also helps her juggle life at home and has helped shape her into the level-headed consultant who manages so many of our clients and projects.

Karli

With a passion for creative problem-solving, Karli will not rest until she’s found the perfect solution for each of her clients. She focuses on comprehensive data analysis to create solutions that are both innovative and feasible to ensure that her clients receive exceptional results.

Patrick

With a background in both opinion research as well as associations, Patrick enthusiastically focuses on research services for the McKinley team. He describes his personal goal for each client as the relentless pursuit of high quality, actionable data that is tailored to meet stakeholders’ needs.

With more than six years of experience in both applied and academic settings, Ellie provides support for the development, implementation, management and analysis of McKinley’s research projects.

Spend a few moments with Jodie during her workday or at an American Society of Association Executives event and her passion is clear: associations. For more than 25 years she has dedicated her career to helping associations solve their most pressing challenges.

Rachel

Marketing, web and non-profit enthusiast Rachel has more than ten years experience in all of them. When she isn’t busy marketing McKinley or managing our business development activities, she enjoys helping our clients with their web and design marketing issues.

Caroline

Caroline’s passion for serving non-profits began in post-Katrina New Orleans. With over five years of experience in member-based non-profits, Caroline is proficient in developing solutions for associations toughest challenges.

Samantha

Through her previous experiences, Samantha refined her natural abilities for project management and attention to detail. She applies these skills to every project through maintaining timelines, organizing the data collection process, and producing high-quality recommendations and reports.

Sarah

Sarah has worked in a variety of environments from the corporate world, to an advertising agency, to an association, giving her a broad perspective on differing marketing goals and priorities.
