Jennifer Dickinson, MBA

As a senior consultant with the Research and Insights team, Jennifer leads survey and research engagements for McKinley Advisors. She is a skilled researcher providing evidence-based insights to leaders across a wide range of industries. Jennifer has dedicated her career to helping leaders make key decisions informed by stakeholder perspectives and rigorous research. She brings a holistic approach to understanding the context in which organizations operate.

She is passionate about developing creative custom methodologies for clients and enjoys helping associations advance their missions. She enjoys the process of gathering and working with quantitative and qualitative data to create knowledge, order and clarity. She has led engagements and designed surveys for higher education, nonprofit, foundation, for-profit, government, Alaska Native Tribal and association clients.  
She particularly enjoys talking to professionals and learning something new from their expertise and insights.
 
Jennifer earned her bachelor of science degree in Applied Sociology from Texas State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She has worked as an in-house consultant for Pew Charitable Trusts, Chief Performance Officer for the City of Chicago Office of Budget and Management, research manager for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and as a consultant with Huron Consulting.  

Based in Chicago, Jennifer is an avid gardener, cook and plein air painter. She is a former Alaska resident and enjoys exploring Chicago’s nature preserves, botanical conservatories and other urban oases in our “city in a garden.”
