As an analyst, Beatrice Kong leads research initiatives for association clients. Beatrice is passionate about revealing insights from data and enjoys working with different clients from varied industries!
Prior to joining McKinley, Beatrice worked in the financial industry, for a think tank and a business association in the roles of research analyst and research project manager. She holds two bachelor's degrees and two master’s degrees in Economics and Finance. She received her Master of Finance degree from Johns Hopkins University. Her diverse background in economic research, financial analysis and data analysis brings a unique angle to every project.
Outside of work, Beatrice is a nature enthusiast who finds joy in hiking and exploring the forest alongside her family. She is also a firm believer in the future of AI and looks forward to working with it both in work and life!
