Working with teams across the firm, she optimizes processes and structures to support the growth of our business and ensure ongoing financial and operational health. Karli is deeply committed to fostering a positive and enriching work environment for McKinley’s staff, and with an eye for creative problem-solving, she thrives during intellectual challenges and organizational complexities.
When she joined McKinley in 2010, Karli was completing her MBA program and spent several years serving McKinley’s clients across a variety of engagements including business planning, financial forecasting and others. Prior to this, Karli worked in nonprofit marketing and management positions, and has a background in brand strategy consulting for small businesses.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in art history from the University of Virginia and an MBA from George Washington University with concentrations in marketing and business strategy. Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, Karli is a lifelong Wahoo. When not chasing her two young children around, she enjoys traveling, cooking and getting blissfully lost in a new book or podcast.
