
In her role as a senior consultant, Susan Davis manages and supports a portfolio of diverse projects, focusing on developing data-based strategies to help associations address challenges to maximize member value and their impact.
Prior to joining McKinley, Susan worked in a variety of functions at the American Society of Civil Engineers. Her roles included continuing education, technical and professional advancement, leadership development and volunteer management.
Susan volunteers regularly for ASAE and has served in roles such as a Gold Circle Award judge and peer reviewer and presenter for the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition. She was also a member of the Young Professionals Advisory Council and the 2020 Centennial Task Force.
Susan earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Longwood University and a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Learning Analytics from American University. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling to new places and seeing live music.
