Tom has built an impressive career spanning sales leadership, account management, and operational service delivery across the association and certification sectors. He has significant experience serving professional membership associations, certification & credentialing bodies, licensing & regulatory authorities, and educational institutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Relations from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, with a concentration in operations management and marketing.
Working with mission-driven organizations serving diverse stakeholder communities has inspired Tom in all facets of his work, giving him a deep appreciation for providing opportunities for individuals to pursue their passions and improve their individual and communal situations.
He has traveled extensively during his career, meeting and learning from exceptional people worldwide. While Tom calls Sarasota, FL "home", he has lived in the Mid-Atlantic since graduating from college. He and his wife of 25 years live outside of Baltimore and spend free time around Annapolis, enjoying the music, food and sailing culture of the area. He is the proud father of two amazing adult sons who inspire him daily.
