Rethinking Organizational Culture During COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has required associations to rethink operations (e.g., remote work, Zoom meetings), shift how value is delivered (e.g., virtual meetings), and even re-prioritize the work of staff. These and other challenges create potential stressors on organizational culture (values, philosophy, and expectations of staff, the way work is done, etc.). What steps or actions has your association taken to protect, support and even “bring out” your culture during this time?
