Caroline Baugher

As a practice director on McKinley’s Business Transformation team, Caroline Baugher leverages over 15 years of experience working in and with associations to provide critical knowledge and feasible solutions. At McKinley, Caroline specializes in addressing unique challenges facing 21st century association business models. From membership development, portfolio assessments, dues structure optimization, revenue diversification, business planning, and product development, Caroline works collaboratively to deliver results and impact in context of each client's unique operating realities, goals and organizational cultures. She has presented at association conferences, including "Membership and Your Business Model: Questions to Ask (and Answer!)" at ASAE Annual and at ASAE's Marketing and Communications Conference. Her thought leadership has been featured in Association Forum, Associations Now and more.

Caroline’s passion for serving member-based non-profits began in post-Katrina New Orleans. After graduating from Tulane University with degrees in business, communications and international development, Caroline got her start in membership management at a young professional organization dedicated to solving critical issues facing the city. Prior to joining the McKinley team in 2012, Caroline spent two and a half years at a global, professional association where she oversaw all membership operations, a global conference and the migration to a new association management system. Having previously worked in a number of associations, Caroline is committed to the success of her clients, both in terms of margin and mission
