Karli Susi, MBA
Karli joined McKinley in 2010 while she was completing her MBA program, and has since led a variety of client engagements including pricing studies, financial forecasting and evaluating dues structures, as well as branding and membership development work. In her new role as McKinley’s vice president of strategy & operations, Karli initiates and implements projects related to ensuring McKinley’s ongoing financial and operational health. Karli works with teams across the firm to optimizing processes and structures to support the current and future growth of our business. Karli has an eye towards creative problem-solving, and enjoys putting her skills to use for both McKinley and our clients, alike.
Prior to joining McKinley, Karli spent several years working in non-profit marketing and management positions, and also has experience in brand strategy consulting for small businesses. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in art history and an MBA from George Washington University with concentrations in marketing and business strategy.
Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, Karli is a lifelong Wahoo. When not chasing her two young children, she enjoys traveling, cooking and getting blissfully lost in a new book or podcast.
