Located in McKinley’s Chicago office, Daniel supports the consulting team as a project associate by managing client project logistics and operations to ensure a successful partnership that results in reaching our shared goals. His dedicated, collaborative work-ethic makes him an expert at relationship cultivation and project management.
Prior to joining McKinley, Daniel worked in member recruitment, group facilitation, and project and volunteer management for Beta Theta Pi. As a regional leadership consultant and, more recently, as a development coordinator, he assisted in supporting thousands of diverse constituents ranging from students to CEO’s.
Through his experience coordinating strategic planning workshops for mission-driven organizations, as well as facilitating leadership development seminars for a variety of constituents, he has become an effective leader of organizational change.
Daniel graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environment, Economy, Development and Sustainability. Like a true Buckeye, he celebrates OSU football game days as holidays. When he isn’t at work or cheering on his team, you can find him enjoying a craft beer with friends on a Chicago rooftop or hiking with his Labrador Retriever, Nola.
