As a project associate, Daniel supports the consulting team by managing client project logistics and operations to ensure a successful partnership that results in reaching our shared goals. His dedicated, collaborative work-ethic makes him an expert at relationship cultivation and project management.
Prior to joining McKinley, Daniel worked in recruitment, group facilitation, and project and volunteer management for Beta Theta Pi. As a regional leadership consultant and, more recently, as a development coordinator, he assisted in supporting thousands of diverse constituents ranging from students to CEOs.
Through his experience coordinating strategic planning workshops for local leadership within mission-driven organizations, as well as educational workshops for undergraduate students, he has become an effective leader of organizational change.
Daniel graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business sustainability. Like a true Buckeye, he celebrates Saturday OSU football games as holidays. When he isn’t at work or cheering on his team, you can find him enjoying craft beer and good food with friends on a D.C. patio or hiking with his Labrador Retriever, Nola.
