Located in McKinley’s Chicago office, Daniel supports the consulting team as a consultant by leading projects and operations to ensure a successful partnership that results in reaching our shared goals. His dedicated, collaborative work-ethic makes him an expert at relationship cultivation and project management. Through his experience coordinating strategic planning workshops as well as facilitating leadership development seminars for a variety of constituents, he has become an effective leader of organizational change.
Prior to joining McKinley, Daniel worked in member recruitment, group facilitation, and project and volunteer management for Beta Theta Pi. As a regional leadership consultant and, more recently, as a development coordinator, he supported thousands of diverse constituents ranging from students to CEO’s.
Daniel graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environment, Economy, Development and Sustainability. Like a true Buckeye, he celebrates OSU football game days as holidays. When he isn’t at work or cheering on his team, you can find him enjoying a craft beer with friends on a Chicago rooftop or walking his Labrador Retriever, Nola.
