As a consultant, Eileen leads projects on the consulting team and delivers strategy, communications and project management support to ensure that project milestones and desired outcomes are achieved in a timely manner. Since joining the team, Eileen has worked with clients spanning a range of fields and industries on membership; strategic planning; dues restructuring; diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and other focus areas. In her role, she leverages creativity and research expertise to deliver data-driven insights and customized solutions for her clients.
Eileen began a career dedicated to serving non-profits after graduating cum laude from the College of William and Mary, where she earned degrees in psychology and marketing. Prior to working at McKinley, she served as the Associate Director of College Counseling at an independent school, guiding students in their college admissions and selection process. Her experience laid the foundation of her understanding of the unique challenges that mission-driven organizations face.
Originally from the D.C. area, Eileen loves exploring different neighborhoods in the city. When she is not at work, you can find her traveling, trying new restaurants or curled up with a good book.
