Market Research to Measure and Understand the Field
American College of Radiology logo on a blue background

McKinley recently completed a broad-ranging research project to better understand the American College of Radiology (ACR) members and the radiology market. We benchmarked the membership value of other, similar associations, conducted an environmental scan to understand the role of subspecialty radiology organizations in relation to ACR, conducted primary quantitative and quantitative research to understand the needs and satisfaction of members, non-members and lapsed members and conducted secondary research to measure the size and composition of the field.

Our research, analysis and recommendations are enabling ACR to make decisions to better attract and retain members, increase member value, determine which member benefits to add and/or de-emphasize, quantify the radiology field size and ACR’s market penetration and clarify ACR’s role and position within the competitive landscape.
